- The service has not yet started (within 48 hours of payment).
- There is a verified failure to deliver the agreed-upon service, as detailed in the written proposal or contract.
- The client provides written notice of cancellation before any strategic or creative work begins.
Once our team starts research, campaign setup, strategy creation, or content development, no full refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

- Paid Advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Website or Graphic Design projects after design approval
- Any third-party costs, subscriptions, or ad spend on behalf of the client
4. Partial Refunds
In special circumstances, partial refunds may be approved if:
- The client cancels a project mid-way, and a portion of the work remains incomplete.
- The work completed does not meet the service scope or contract requirements (after review).
Partial refunds are calculated based on the proportion of completed work and resources spent.
